TBJP Performance Protein

Performance Protein is our newest whey blend, consisting of both whey isolate and whey concentrate. As always, we have avoided cheaper and less effective forms of protein by only using whey proteins.

We have focused on quality, but not at the expense of taste! Provides choice and variety with 9 delicious flavors to choose from.

Our 2 kg tub contains 66 portions.

When a full meal is not convenient and a quick alternative is needed (such as before or after training, when traveling or working), we suggest using 1 serving of Performance Protein.

For larger individuals, it may be necessary to consume 2 servings to meet their daily protein requirements. We believe this is most effective at 1g per pounds of body weight.

For example, if you weigh 140 lbs, consuming 140g of protein spread over the day will see the most optimal approach to recovery, fat loss and physique progress. This could be achieved in 4 meals of 30 g of protein and 1 meal of 20 g.

Consuming less than 20 g of protein in a single intake has been shown to have a less than optimal effect on muscle protein synthesis. Therefore, we always encourage you to consume a minimum of 20 g of protein in every meal.
