2 kg Buckets contain 66 portions. When a full meal is not practical and a quick alternative is needed (such as before or after exercise, while traveling or working),
we recommend using 1 portion of Performance Protein.
For larger individuals, you may need to consume 2 servings to meet your daily protein needs.
We believe this is most effective at 2g per kg body weight. For example, if you weigh 75 kg, consuming 150 g of protein during the day will provide the most
optimal approach to recovery, fat loss and body development.
This can be achieved in 5 meals of 30 g of protein. Consuming less than 30 g of protein in a single meal has been shown to have a less than optimal effect on muscle protein synthesis.
Therefore, we always recommend that you consume at least 30 g of protein in each meal.
