10X STIM is not for the faint of heart. For 24 g per scoop is 10X STIM packed with ingredients backed by good science to help you get the most out of your workout. Most brands will start by telling you what is included in their pre-workouts, but we want to be different and start by telling you what is NOT included in 10X STIM.

At 10X Athletic we do not use:

Illegal and potentially unsafe stimulants.That’s just not how we roll. We pride ourselves on fueling athletes at all levels, including Olympic and professional athletes. So illegal or unsafe stimulants just don’t cut it with us.

Prohibited ingredients on the WADA list.Enough said.

Proprietary Blends. All our labels are completely transparent, so you know exactly what you’re getting in each scoop. No ugly. No surprises.

Bad science.Specifically, we avoid using ingredients with poor science to support their effectiveness. Lots of pre-workouts are filled with cheap ingredients or ingredients with little to no science to back up their claims. We don’t do that.

Taurin.Did you know that some brands add Taurine to their caffeinated pre-workouts and it actually makes their pre-workouts WORSE. Crazy, right? Did you know that taurine and caffeine have opposite effects on your central nervous system? Caffeine is a powerful stimulant, whereas taurine is an agonist for the inhibitory gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors. Did you know that a combination of caffeine and taurine has NO noticeable effect on your cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, power or cognitive abilities? If anything, it can have a detrimental effect on the pre-workout you consume. A 2017 study noted that the combination of taurine and caffeine actually INCREASED feelings of fatigue. It seems that adding taurine to caffeinated pre-workouts is not a smart choice for the informed exerciser looking for that pre-workout boost.
