RECOMMENDED USE
As a guideline, we would suggest the following protocol for bodybuilding purposes;
TRAINING DAY
Serving 1: Consume 1 capsule with a 50-100g carbohydrate meal 1-2 hours before your workout
Serving 2: Consume 1 capsule with your post-workout carbohydrate meal containing 50-100g
NOT TRAINING DAY
Take with 1 of your high carbohydrate meals containing at least 50g of carbohydrates
PLEASE NOTE, if high carbohydrate meals are not consumed, there will be no need to use such a product
DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 2 CAPSULES PER DAY
