When a full meal is not practical and a quick alternative is needed (such as before or after training when traveling or working), we suggest using 1 serving of Performance Protein.
For larger individuals, it may be necessary to consume 2 servings to meet your daily protein requirements. We believe this is most effective at 2g per kg body weight.
For example, if you weigh 75 Kg, consuming 150 g of protein spread over the day will see the most optimal approach to recovery, fat loss and physique progress. This could be achieved in 5 meals of 30 g of protein.
Consuming less than 30g of protein in a single meal has been shown to have a less than optimal effect on muscle protein synthesis. Therefore, we always encourage you to consume a minimum of 30g of protein in every meal.
